III How to use
SV-PSN01 soil stabilizer(curing agent), can be compounded into liquid curing agent by adding water at room temperature in proportion, recommended for example:

The amount of curing agent after being formulated into a liquid finished product varies with the temperature of the cured soil and the environment, and the adaptability of the cementitious material (such as cement or white ash), and the curing agent dry powder spray curing can be between 3% and 5% according to the cement content; Other projects can be based on about 0.025% of the total amount of solidified soil.
The Soil Stabilizer(curing agent) is pumped and mixed with the cured soil at the nozzle. This product has a certain viscosity, so it is recommended to remove the filter installed on the hose of the curing agent pump to avoid the curing agent cannot be sucked out normally; Be sure to clean the hardener pump before using this product. It is strictly forbidden to mix this product with other quick-setting agents to avoid chemical reactions between the two curing agents and block the quick-curing agent pump.
IV Ingredient introduction: non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, non-corrosive, non-flammable, explosive.
V Safety tips: Avoid contact with skin and glasses; In case of contact, rinse with clean water. If splashed in eyes, wash with plenty of water or seek medical attention. Wear a mask and goggles when touching powdered products.
VI Storage conditions: Instant powder should ensure that the inner and outer packaging bags are intact to prevent water absorption and moisture. After being formulated into a liquid, the storage temperature should be greater than 5 °C. Liquid finished products should be stored in plastic/FRP drums. The pH value of this product is weakly acidic and will react chemically with steel material, so iron drum storage should be avoided.
Storage time: Instant powder products can be sealed for 2 years, and can be stored for 3 months after being formulated into liquids. If liquid products are stored for a long time, it is recommended to use simple stirring to eliminate visual micro-delamination.
